Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (lemonwax OHG, Trausnitzstr. 15, 81671 Munich, Germany, phone: +49-89-9505538, email: info@lemonwax.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions / Termination of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after contract conclusion, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control;
• for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
